The following color samples represent the Park Ridge community's pre-approved hues for exterior home painting.
Please note that pre-approved trim colors can be darker versions of any of the shades included here.
Homeowners are not bound to any brand of paint. These samples are provided to guide homeowners in the pre-approved
shades used for Park Ridge so that consultation with the Park Ridge Architectural Committee is not required.
Homeowners can also request approval of other color schemes not in the “pre-approved” list by emailing Doug Plas (dplas@pamco.com), who will contact the Park Ridge Board and Architectural Committee. In general, please note that the practice of our community is to adopt an aesthetic-pleasing scheme strongly grounded in earth tones.
Homeowners have repeatedly expressed a strong desire for a consistent and tasteful visual impression of the community.
